Senior Analyst – Transfer Agency Dealing
- Processing of capital calls, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers requests of all designated Funds in line with client instructions
- Identify breaks and unidentified cash movements
- Generate various monthly, quarterly, and yearly TA reports from internal system upon Clients requests
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPIs
- Review monthly / quarterly approved Net Asset Values (NAVs) of assigned Funds received from Fund Accounting team and update internal system accordingly under the related Funds and Share-Classes.
- Link investors related static data (bank accounts, contact details/change of contact details)
- Prepare / Update internal procedures and checklists in cooperation with management to meet business need
- Participate in periodic internal and external audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks
- Liaise with relevant AML KYC DD and other internal teams in the review of investor’s documents to ensure all relevant documents and information required to on-board a client has been received, verified, and approved before setting up of investor’s account to ensure compliance with standard regulatory requirements.
- Daily Cash-flow monitoring and reconciliation
- Provide support to the Registrar team in relation to TA transactions for Corporate Actions when required
- Review of underlying investors agreements and setup/update of relevant internal system
- Prepare / generate regular investors statements and other relevant client reports
- Work on new fund setup in the internal Transfer Agency system
Profile
- Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, economics or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in a Transfer Agency Dealing environment
- Good command of Microsoft office tools
- Good knowledge of TA systems
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French or German is an asset
- Able to work independently, but also with excellent organizational skills, team spirit, flexibility, and self-discipline.
