Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Project Manager at our client office in Luxembourg. The Project Manager will be responsible for program management, project planning, and utilizing their analytical skills to oversee IT projects. Communication skills will be essential to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members on a daily basis.
• Define and clarify project scope
• Define project baseline
• Define project communication plan
• Develop project plan and project schedule
• Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives
• Determine the project team including roles and responsibilities
• Identify services to be provided by 3rd parties
• Measuring: Checking project progress toward meeting its objectives
• Evaluating: Determining the cause of deviations from the plan
• Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations
• Tracking project progress and communicate (internally and externally)
• Project status reporting
• Determining and taking corrective actions
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Program Management experience of minimum of 3 years
Proficiency in Information Technology and Project Planning
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in managing IT projects within the financial services sector
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Fluency in English and French
